CDN currently operates a fleet of over 300 power units and over 500 trailers through a network of 8 terminals across the United States. Our drivers are generally independent contractors who lease their units to CDN Logistics, Inc.
It is the responsibility of the driver recruiter to recruit potential Owner Operators, Singles, two-man teams and supplement terminal needs as well. The driver recruiter will have responsibilities for overseeing all aspects of the recruiting program and will assist our senior management and terminal managers in the implementation of our driver retention programs. Summary: The second shift outbound supervisor is expected to be hands-on; on the floor training, monitoring and motivating employees at all times.
